Maintenance Plan Agreement

Cost for a1 year agreement is $170.00 for homes with 1 system (furnace/air conditioning),  homes with 2 systems its $276.00 (after your first year and you renew, the maintenance plan rate will reduce to $150 and $256 respectively)

An extra $100.00 would be added if your home has more than 2 systems

Griffin HVAC Maintenance Agreement

2 clean and check visits per year for 1 year

Spring clean and check

  • clean condenser coil and fins
  • check capacitor check and clean electrical connections
  • check amp draws for compressor and fan motor
  • check and clean contactor
  • check the temperatures and pressures of the refrigerant
  • check temperatures coming off the condenser
  • check condensate drain lines (clean and blow out if needed)
  • check evaporator coil
  • check supply temperature
  • check return temperature
  • Verify proper temperature difference between supply and return
  • check filter
  • check indoor fan motor amps and capacitor
  • Observe any wear and tear of lineset cover, replace if needed
  • check condensate trap and pump if applicable
  • check tstat
  • Make any necessary adjustments
  • Verify proper and safe operation
  • Make report and recommendations

Fall clean and check

  • Clean furnace burners
  • check burner orifices
  • clean flame sensor
  • check electrical safeties and sequence of operation
  • observe for any flame roll out
  • check indoor fan capacitor and amp draw, check inducer motor amp draw
  • check furnace filter
  • check condensate drain trap if applicable
  • check gas pressures for supply and manifold
  • check temperature rise
  • Check exhuast/flue
  • Check humidifier and filter if applicable
  • check tstat
  • Make any necessary adjustments
  • Verify proper and safe operation
  • Make report and recommendations 

Extra benefits include:  Maintenance plan customers will never pay after hours, weekend or holiday rates, only $75.00 for any service calls. 10% off any parts during service or clean and check. Priority scheduling.
